Record of Lots
The city clerk shall keep a record of all lots, or parts thereof, for which the purchaser has provided perpetual maintenance and care as provided in TMC 3.12.020, which record shall contain the name of the purchaser, date, and amount of payment so paid for perpetual maintenance and care, and the description of the lot, lots, or parts thereof, covered thereby.
